This small service company has been in business for over 20 years. They offer expertise in public document retrieval, search and recording services, process services and medical records retrieval for law firms, attorneys, title plants and escrow officers.
In 2006 the company began expanding its service offering and decided to assemble an external support team to increase volume and awareness among its target market. The company did not have a dedicated marketing department and accepted my proposal to become their marketing intern for the summer of 2006.

The EEOC encourages the use of an alternative dispute resolution known as mediation. Mediation is an informal process in which a neutral third party assists the opposing parties to reach a voluntary, negotiated resolution of a charge of discrimination.
